Jennie Lou Morris Hale

Jennie Lou Morris Hale passed away peacefully August 11, 2023 at White House Healthcare. Miss Jennie was born on September 6, 1924 in the Sycamore Community of Cheatham County in Tennessee to Omer and Nora Morris. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Hale; daughter, Dot Swezea; granddaughter, Angie Swezea Johns; brothers, Robert Morris, Jack Morris, and James Morris; sisters, Mary West, Blanch Binkley and Dorothy Morris.

Ms. Jennie is survived by her son, Ronnie (Linda) Hale; granddaughter, Lisa (Richie) Heyn; sister, Mattie Hudgens; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family asks a special thanks to the staff of White House Healthcare and Richland Place Assister Living for their excellent care of Miss Jennie.

The family will receive friends from 2-5pm on Monday, August 14^th at Cole and Garrett Funeral Home in White House and again on Tuesday, August 15^th from 10am until the service begins at 11am. Officiating will be Rev. Ray Biggs with burial at White House Memorial Gardens and family and friends serving as pallbearers.
