Jeannie Young

Jeannie Bell Young, age 74 of Greenbrier, entered into eternal rest on February 11, 2023.  She was born in Indiana on May 2, 1948 to the late Thomas and Clara Bell.  She was preceded in death by her son, Tracy.  Survived by her husband of 56 years, Eddie Young, whom she married her senior year of high school, and their daughter Tammy Young; sisters, Faye Vega and Wanda Morris.  Jeannie is also survived by many friends, neighbors, and her beloved church family.  She and Eddie were long time members of Northridge Church, where she served in many ministries giving her time, talents, and love.  Jeannie was retired from State Auto Insurance Company.  She loved to crochet, and was a lover to any animal that came to her house for her to feed.  She will be remembered as a person who’s smile and laughter could light up the room.  Visitation with the family will be at Northridge Church in White House Friday February 17 from 1-4 pm with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 4pm.
