LaVon Box, age 58, of Kingston Springs, passed away Friday, May 27th at Sarah Cannon Cancer Center at Centennial Medical Center. LaVon was born March 12, 1953 in Nashville, TN to Craig Tucker and the late Betty Tucker Christianson. She lived in Muskegon, MI during her childhood. LaVon worked for many years at
Kingston Springs Elementary School as a teacher's assistant and as a bookkeeper at Tucker's Service Center. LaVon was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Tucker Christianson and her brother, Ron Tucker. She is survived by her husband of nearly 40 years, Larry Box; her father, Craig June Tucker of Fairview; her mother-in-law, Wayne Reavis of Nashville; her step-father, Jack Christianson of Nashville; her daughters, Jeanna Doug Turner and Amanda Aaron Lane both of Kingston Springs; her grandchildren, Chelsea Turner, Katie Turner, Hayden Wilcox, Lexi Hollowell & John-Presley Lane. Funeral services will be 11am Tuesday May 31 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 2pm - 8pm Monday.
