Survived by son, Mike Vicki Summers; daughter, Tina Mike Forrest; grandchildren, Amber Blair, Christopher Summers, Blake Forrest and Jessica Peterson; great grandchildren, Avery Summers and Ariel Peterson. The funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, February 8, 2007 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Frank Owens officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
