LINTON, James Joseph "Jimmy" age 42 passed away peacefully at his home on March 27, 2009. He is preceded in death by his father, William Bruce Linton. He is survived by his mother, Lorene Linton; brother, William Linton; aunt and uncle Neal and Ada Story; aunts, Jean Curfman, Ethel Williams, Lena Pullen, Betty Linton; uncle, Jim Linton; cousins, Ron and Kay Story, Beverly Curfman, Pat Stewart, Shandry Cartwright, Linton Hensley and Tom Hensley, Martha Potter, Sonja Linton, Karen Linton, Bill Linton and Laura Linton. Funeral services will be on Tuesday at 2:30 pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Wilton Burnett, Nathan Greer, Al Jones, Russell Jones, Ben Johnson, Bill VanderLinden and Scott Hensley will serve as Pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Elders, Deacons and the men of the South Harpeth Church of Christ, John Chaffin, Lloyd Linton, Linton Hensley and Buddy Caruthers, D.E. Ryan, Charlie Cardwell, Bob Fitzpatrick and Wanda Binkley. Visitation will be on Monday from 4-8 pm and on Tuesday from 11-2:30 pm at the HARPETH HILLS FUNERAL HOME, 9090 HWY 100, 615 646-9292.
