CRAFT, James "Floyd"-age 80, of Goodlettsville, TN passed away August 8, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in McEwen, TN on December 4, 1932 to the late Walter Craft and Emma Loraine Burns. Floyd was known for being a "cut up" and had the ability to always make everyone smile. In life he was always very outgoing and as a young man he served our nation proudly in the United States Army. Later in life he was a member of the local V.F.W. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend who will be forever missed. He is survived by his daughters, Janet Craft, Teresa Simmons and Melissa Craft Belmares; grandchildren, Chad and Jennifer Whittenburg, Josh and Brian Crews, Joy Danielle Craft and Curtis Belmares; 5 great-grandchildren and his faithful friend, Rascal. A Life Celebration service will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. with Benny Snoddy officiating in the Chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Family will serve as pallbearers.
