Henley, Horace, age 72 of Nashville, died August 5, 2006. Horace was a real estate appraiser and broker. Preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Alma Henley and brother Don Henley. Survivors include his wife, Betty Gilliam Henley; children, David Tina Henley and Donna Anne Henley; two grandchildren, David Jr. and Laura Henley, all of Nashville; four sisters, Helena Smith and Anna W. Roper of Pelham, Tennessee; Eloise Goodman and Vivian Gary Middleton of Nashville; two brothers, Burwell Dot Henley of Albertsville, Alabama, Bill Fay Henley of Pelham, Tennessee; one sister-in-law, Bobbie Tom Gray; two brothers-in-law, Randy Gilliam of Peachtree City, Georgia and Jim Carol Gilliam of Pelham, Tennessee; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Henley was a loving husband, father and grandfather, was member of West Nashville Heights Church of Christ where he served as an elder for 27 years. He will be deeply missed. Funeral services will be 11 am Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at West Nashville Heights Church of Christ with Dr. James Morgan, Bro. Clifford Dobbs, and Bro. Don Northcutt officiating. Interment will be 3:30 pm at the Warren Cemetery in Pelham, Tennessee where family members will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be present and past elders and deacons of West Nashville Heights and their spouses, associates of BCA and 109 Kenner Avenue, Frank Palmer, James Gracy, Bobby Hankins, Alan Saturn, Alan Mazer and their spouses.
