PYE, Helen Floyd., age 84, of Hendersonville passed away on May 9, 2006. She was retired from Washington Manufacturing after 23 years of service. She had been a member of the Church of Christ for over 60 years. Survived by her husband of 63 years Talmadge Pye, daughters; Sandra Bill Horton and Pam Teddy Knight, son; Thomas Edith Pye, grandchildren; Jamison Horton, Jessica White, Thomas Pye, Jassen Pye, Garfield Chambers, Gary Chambers, Greg Chambers, Tamatha Shiffette, Tiffany Knight and Brent Knight, seventeen great grandchildren and aunt; Vera Lilley. Visitation will be from 2pm til 4pm and 6pm til 8pm, Thursday, May 11, at Hendersonville Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted 11am, Friday, May 12, at Hendersonville Funeral Home Chapel with Keith Parker and Mark Bryson officiating. Family members will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Elders & Deacons of Hendersonville Church of Christ. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.
