Gordon Callaway, Sr.

Mr. Gordon Brittan Callaway, Sr. of White House, Tennessee passed away Thursday, January 26, 2017. Gordon was born in Warner Robbins, GA to parents James Callaway and Anna Bledsoe Callaway.
He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Carla Callaway.
He is survived by his devoted wife Beverly Rose Cook Callaway; son and daughter-in-law, Gordon Brittan "Britt" Callaway, Jr. and Amanda; step-daughters, Angel Barton, Andrea (Bob) Halvorson; brothers, Jim (Pat) Bledsoe, Tommy Callaway, Bob Callaway; seven grandchildren, Stephanie, Stephen, Brianna, Grady, Kyah, Nevaeh and Priya; one great granddaughter, Raelyn.
Celebration of Life service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 29th at The Church at Grace Park with Pastor Bob Cook officiating. Gordon will be interred at the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery.
Honoring Gordon by serving as pallbearers will be Jimmy, Billy, David and Bobby Bledsoe, John Brooks, Bob Halvorson. Honorary pallbearers will be Feller Brown, Danny McDonald, Howell Wilson and Chuck May.
Visitation will be Saturday at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, White House from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions requested to be made to The Church at Grace Park, Christian Community School Gym.
