Survived by wife, Mary McDerman; sons, James McDerman, Pleasant View, TN, Jeffrey McDerman; daughters, Kathy Hopkins, Peggy Sue Scott, all of Nashville; daughter-in-law, Kathy White, Fairview, TN; Brothers and Sisters, Joe Brenda Boyd, Cumberland Furnace, TN, James Diane Boyd, Pegram, TN, Addie Jim LeBus, Upland, CA, Becky Ralph Bobbitt, Hendersonville, TN, Dot Holavach, Salina, KS, Lorene Larry Rowe, Rockaway, NJ., Juanita Ron Ballard, Nashville, TN, Susie Randy Ellis; 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, Business partner and nephew, George Beasley . The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Sam Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens with Military Honors. Grandsons, Nephews and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
