McCLENDON, George passed away on February 13, 2007. He is survived by his sisters, Odesa Thompson Charlie, Lela Smover; brother, Nicholas McClendon, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday February 15, 2007 at 3 PM at the Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with Mike Farris officiating. Interment will follow in the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Wayne Crouch, Robert Crouch, Steve Adams, Jason Adams, Kendall Adams, and David Nickens will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Crouch, Billy Crouch, Billy Nickens, Granville Adams Jr., Claude Sadler, Mike Sadler, Wayne Sharon, and Jim Newberry. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2-8 P.M. at the HARPETH HILLS FUNERAL HOME, 9090 Hwy 100, 646-9292 www.harpethhills.com.
