HILAND, George David 81 of Nashville, TN passed away October 10, 2007. He is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Hiland and daughter, Kathy Hiland. He is survived by his daughter, Patsy (Wayne) Scott; brother, Clarence Hiland; sisters, Kathleen Hiland & Dot Hall; grandchildren, Ken (Karen) Scott & Jamie (Major Jason) House; great-grandchildren, Scott & Jessie House and Rachel Scott. Visitation will be Thursday 4 to 8pm and Friday 11 to 3pm. Services will be held 3pm Friday at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Olive & Bro. Heath Pickard officiating. Pallbearers will be Ken Scott, Jason House, Jeffery Keith, George Strickland and Jerry & Eddie Hiland. Honorary pallbearers are the Elders & Deacons of Jackson Park Church of Christ & the retired drivers for Yellow Freight. Interment to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
