Gary Lee Koch, age 71 of White House, passed away on Sunday, April 23rd at Skyline Medical Center.
He was born on January 14, 1946 to the late Leroy and Irene Koch in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Koch is preceded in death by his brother James Lon Koch.
He is survived by his beloved wife Suzanne Koch; children, Jennifer (Chuck) Hessler, Michael Lee (Lisa) Koch, Kellie (James) McGowan, Huey Mikes, Carrie Mikes and Kevin (Kim) Mikes; siblings Susan McCullough, Dennis (Barb) Koch, and Wade (Linda) Koch; nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
