Survived by children, Donna Smith, Darrell Smith, Cheryl Welch and Jerry Brooks; 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Loved by many. Funeral 11 a.m., Monday, March 8, 2010 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens with full military honors.
