Frank Swiatowiec

Frank S. Swiatowiec, age 88, of Bellevue passed away January 9, 2008 at St. Thomas Alive Hospice after a year-long battle with cancer. He was born August 18, 1919 in Chicago, IL. He was a plant manager for an automotive firm in Rockford, IL before retiring with his wife in Nashville in 1988. He was a decorated war veteran having served as an airplane mechanic in the U.S. Army Air Corp during World War II.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years Natalie E. Swiatowiec; his two children, Frank Margie of San Jose, CA and Sandra Mike Taylor of Brentwood; one grandson Jeffrey Dori Taylor and one great granddaughter Makaylee of Spring Hill; and, two sisters and two brothers.
Visitation with the family will be 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Monday, January 14, 2008 at the West Harpeth Funeral Home, 6962 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 615 352-9400. A memorial service will follow at 1:00 PM, with burial at the Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
