Frances Neal

Frances C. Neal, 81, of Smithville TN went to be with the Lord on April 26, 2009. She passed away at the Smith County Memorial Hospital.
She was born July 14, 1927 in Ashland City TN to the late Carlus & Mary Mai (Cantrell) Carlisle.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Carlus Ray Neal.
She is survived by her husband Ray Neal, Jr. of 63 years, one daughter Karen Joyce Smith (Earl) of Westmoreland TN, three sons, Richard A. Neal, Sr. (Pat) of Erin TN, Thomas A. Neal of Carthage TN, David Lee Neal (Tammy) of Woodbury TN., two sisters Norma Harris (Bill) of Summerville, SC, Linda Romero (Eddie) of White House TN, 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
