KELLY, Mrs. Frances Elizabeth, age 83 of Gallatin. Passed away Sunday October 7, 2007 at Brandywood Health Care Center in Gallatin. She was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. Her husband, Gerald Dean Kelly, preceded her in death. She is survived by her son, Willie Kelly, daughters, Betty Moss (Ricky), and Florida Covington (Larry), brothers, Leroy Eudy (Ruby), and William Eudy (Delores), six grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren. The family will recieve friends at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home in White House from 10 until 8 p.m. on Tuesday. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday October 10, at 12 Noon with Rev. Phillip Day and Rev. J.J. Wheelbarger officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
