EVETTS, Frances, 81, Nashville, August 4, 2008. Preceded in death by husband, Glynn Evetts. Survived by daughters, Faye Donnie Clark, Vickie Terry Welty, and Chelsea Welty; son, Christopher Welty; granddaughter, Laura Kevin Perkins; grandchildren, Andrew and Katie Perkins. The funeral service will be at 1pm, Wednesday, August, 6, 2008 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17 Chicago, IL 60611. Visitation will be Tuesday, 2-8 pm and Wednesday 12 noon until time of service at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME 6962 Charlotte Pk 615 352-9400
