EANES, F. Joan, age 71 of Goodlettsville. January 07, 2012. Survived by husband of almost 54 years, H. Ray Eanes, two daughters Dawn (Ricky) Wright and Kellye (Dennie) Knight; grandchildren, Brandy (Sloan) Bowman, Kevin (Hollie) Knight, Michelle (Jeff) Moseley and Heather (Wade) Harris; seven great grandsons, Kemper Harris, Carson Bowman, Eli Knight, Dean Harris, Parker Bowman, Owen Knight, Micah Bowman; her sister Betty C. Smith of Atlanta, GA and her sister-in-law, Betty Hulan, also survive her. Joan was a member of the Goodlettsville Church of Christ where she was involved in many programs. She was the epitome of what the bible teaches a wife, mother, and grandmother should be. She spent her life truly serving God and her family. She always thought of others first. Visitation will be from 1 to 8 pm on Monday, January 9th at the Cole and Garrett Funeral Home in Goodlettsville, Tn. Visitation will also be at the Goodlettsville Church of Christ on Tuesday, January 10th from 10 am until her funeral to be held at 1 pm. Bro Charles Baugh will officiate Joan's funeral being assisted by Russ Corley and clay Wilson. Honorary pallbearers will be the Elders and members of the Thursday morning Ladies Bible Class at the Goodlettsville Church of Christ. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, you may wish to make memorial contributions to the Goodlettsville Church of Christ to be restricted for use in support of Joan's favorite ministry in El Zorrillo, Mexico.
