WRIGHT, Forrest Wayne, Age 40 May 15, 2006. He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Wayne Wright. Survived by his wife, Tina Wright; daughter, Suzanne; parents, Earl and Billie Warrick; sisters, Carmen, and Lisa; brothers, Bill, Kurt, Doug, and Marty; and several loving aunts and uncles. The funeral service will be held at 1PM, Thursday, May 18, 2006 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. . Family will serve as pallbearers.
