NELSON, Evelyn Bartlett-age 86, of Hendersonville/Gallatin, May 2, 2006: Survived by husband, Donald B. Nelson, children Martha Nelson Glenn of Nashville, Dr. D. Burkett Nelson of Hendersonville, and Freda Scott Rushton of Bon Aqua. Preceded in death by son, Robert Bartlett "Bob" Nelson, parents, William Monroe and Emily Carrick Bartlett of Coffee County, brothers, Bud, Jim, Bob, Mack and Henry Bartlett and sisters, Nell Lovelady, Ora Daly, Annie Austell, Mary Yarbrough, Maggie Tucker and Lela McDuffee. Also survived by grandchildren, Captain Robert Burkett "Arby" Nelson, Virginia Lucille "V" Nelson, Erica Diane Nelson, Emila Ray Nelson, Aaron Jacob Rushton, Frances Evelyn "Lyn" Rushton, stepchildren, Bob Susie Glenn and Gretchen Scott Shrader, and seven step-great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4pm til 8pm, Thursday, May 4, 2006 at Hendersonville Funeral Home. Services conducted by Keith Parker of Hendersonville Church of Christ will be held 1pm, Friday, May 5, 2006, at Hendersonville Funeral Home Chapel. Pallbearers: children, grandchildren, and son-in-law. Interment to follow at Crestview Memory Gardens in Gallatin.
