Williams, Eva Jean Jones, Age 78, July 21, 2006. She retired from the State of TN in 1987. She was a Charter Member of West Nashville Fellowship. Preceded in death by husband, Oreal "Ted" Williams; parents, Austin and Jennie Jones. Survived by son, James O. Williams; grandsons, James Matthew Williams, Mark Hicks; sister, Mary "Maggie" DeMardes; nieces, Mary Charlie Currin, Nashville, TN, Arlene David Russell, Union City, TN, Eva Margaret Larry Pruitt, Hornbeke, TN; nephews, Stephen DeMardes, Phoenix, AZ., Sonny Jones Hickman, KY.; great-nephew, Chip Ralanna Currin; great-great-niece, Kassidy Currin, Nashville, TN. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Dr. Kenneth Riggs and Rev. Phillip Stevens. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Ferrell, Mickey Watts, Robert Robinson, Kieffer Shepard, Carlton Tarkington, Stanley Goodman, Charles and Chip Currin. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Crusader Sunday School Class of West Meade Fellowship. The family would like to thank the care givers of West Meade Place and Alive Hospice.
