Eva Evans

EVANS, Eva H.Of Hendersonville, passed away on December 22nd, 2010 at NHC HealthCare, Hendersonville, at the age of 108. She was born on July 19th, 1902 in Crocket County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Minnie & Ed Henderson; her husband, Cecil Evans; son, Cecil Jr. and grandson, Mike Evans. She is survived by her loving children: daughter, Dot Lamberth (Nolan); son, Charles Evans (Jo) and grandchildren, Terry Lamberth (Sara); granddaughters, Kathy Rollins & Martha Davis; 3 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren and her devoted caregiver, Marie Brown. Eva was a member of the Rivergate Church of Christ. She was a gold star mother. Eva retired from DuPont in 1958. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, December 23rd at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home in Goodlettsville. Funeral Service 10 a.m. on Friday, December 24th, with Rev.
