Edith Ann Stone of Cross Plains, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at the age of 76 years.

She was born June 27, 1937 in Nashville, Tennessee. Edith grew up in Union Hill, Tennessee. She married the love of her life, James Arthur Stone in 1954. He preceded her in death in 2001. Edith was a homemaker who loved camping and traveling.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and three brothers, Benjamin Forrest Roland, Jake Roland and Ed Roland.
She is survived by three children, Larry (Cheryl) Stone, Terry (Kim) Stone and Kelly Stone; sister, Mayme Cecil; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 4, 2015 at the Cole & Garrett Funeral Home in White House, TN with Bro. Sellars Crain officiating. Interment will follow at White House Memorial Gardens with Michael Shaffield, Robert Draper, Cody Roberts, Ryan Stone, Dewayne Brock and Kevin Holland serving as pallbearers.

Visitation Wednesday 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Thursday 10:00 a.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m.
