Edith Kelton

KELTON, Mrs. Edith Louise was called home on April 22, 2008. She was born on October 4, 1924. Edith was a friend to everyone who met her and loved by all. She spent her life serving others always putting herself last. She touched the lives of so many, often being called the most selfless person they had ever known. The sun will not shine as brightly without her on this earth, but heaven is certainly blessed with her presence. We love and will truly miss our precious mother, grandmother and friend. Preceded in death by her husband, Lester Paul Kelton; father, Henry Dabbs; mother, Roxie Dabbs; sisters, Lois Kelton and Helen Windrow; son-in-law, Tony Wilson. She is survived by her children, Henry Ruth Kelton, Lois Raymond Painter, Christine Wilson John Hennessee, and Lester Lisa Kelton. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
