Douglas Stevens

Douglas Stevens, age 78 of Gallatin passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2008 at Sumner Regional Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wellington and Cassie Phinney Stevens, wife, Julaine Stevens, and brother, Collier Stevens. He is survived by his sons; Lee Stevens Lydia of Gallatin, Mark Stevens of Minnesota, daughter; Laurie Brown Kerwin of Phoenix, AZ, grandson, Colen Stevens, and numerous cousins. Graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at Crestview Memorial Park with Bill Davis officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, March 11, 2008 from 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. Gallatin Funeral Home & Memory Gardens at Crestview is in charge of the arrangements.
