DRIVER, Doris Lynn. , age 78, April 9, 2006. of Hendersonville, A loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, precious mother-in-law and very special friend. Mrs. Driver was a member of Goodlettsville Church of Christ. "MAMA" was a gracious and courageous lady who lived her life for family and held them in her heart daily with an unfailing and unconditional love. She honored her God by keeping her faith through a long and painful battle with cancer. She died quietly at home surrounded by family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Mamie Bush and father George Bush. Survived by her husband of 57 years and 4 months Carson C. Jack Driver, Jr., daughter Celia Driver Ellis Curtis, son Jack D. Driver Carolyn, granddaughters, Tiffany Ellis O'Brien and Bailey Driver, grandsons Curt Ellis, Brent Driver and Keach Driver, great granddaughters Taigan Prow, Neely O'Brien, Lexi Ellis, Marisa Ellis and Avery Driver, great grandsons Peyton Ellis, Keaton O'Brien and Preston Driver, brother Warner L. Bush Connie, niece Cindy B. Edmonds and her extended family and loving friends. Visitation will be from 2pm til 4pm and 6pm til 8pm, Tuesday, April 11, at Hendersonville Funeral Home. Services will be conducted 11am, Wednesday, April 12, at Hendersonville Funeral Home Chapel Pastor Charles Baugh and assisted by Clayton Gholson. Pallbearers: Curtis Ellis, Curt Ellis, Brent Driver, Keach Driver, Bobby Stanley, Mack McCoy, Horace Swain and Miller Cheek. Honorary pallbearers: Peyton Ellis, Keaton O'Brien, Preston Driver, Members of the Goodlettsville Church of Christ, Goodlettsville Church of Christ Bible study group, Dot Weatherford, Nancy Stanley, Teachers of Little Angels Class Madison Church of Christ and her Bridge Club. Interment will be in Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
