Dennis Fyke, Jr.

Dennis Wayne Fyke Jr., age 39, of Hendersonville, passed away March 18, 2022.  He was born in Hendersonville, TN on April 30, 1982 to the late Dennis Wayne Fyke Sr. and Janet Louise Neal Fyke. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, James T. and Evelyn Neal, and W.H. and Eva Fyke.  He is survived by many family and friends who loved him, and whom he loved dearly.  Dennis was a graduate of Beech High School class of 2000.  He immediately enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving in the military police, both at home and abroad.  After his time in the military, he then served his community as a police officer in Hendersonville.  He was most recently employed with Brittle Bothers in Goodlettsville. Dennis will be remembered for his gentle soul and kind heart, always willing to lend a helping hand.  Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville Tuesday March 22 from 4-8 pm., and Wednesday March 23 from 12 Noon until service at 2pm.  Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with military honors.  In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Dennis’s memory may be made to the National Scleroderma Foundation , or a benevolent charity of your choice supporting families of fallen officers or veterans.
