Della Britton

Mrs. Della Mae Britton, May 2, 2015, age 95 of Goodlettsville, Tennessee.

Survived by son, Grady McNeal Sr; daughter-in-law, Amy McNeal; grandson, Grady McNeal, Jr.; great-grandson, Dominic; dear cousins and other extended family members.

Her formative years were spent in Dublin and Blackshear, Georgia where she learned the art of nurturing life-long relationships with family and friends.

Della was employed by King Edward Cigar factory and served as kitchen aid at the Pierce County Hospital. She enjoyed fishing and would often sell fish sandwiches. She also had a passion for gardening and was a member of the Gardenia Club. While in Blackshear, GA she served as a member of the Greater St James A.M.E. Church.

After her move to Goodlettsville she continued to love and enjoy gardening in her home with her lovely daughter-in-law, son , and grandson. In August 2014 Della was baptized into Christ at Schrader Lane Church of Christ.
