Survived by daughter, Jessica Smith; mom, Lula Ruth Saunders; birth mother, Betty Wade; sisters, Donna Smith and Cheryl Welch-. The Funeral Service will be on Saturday, August 17, 2013, at 12 noon, at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Friday from 4-8pm, and on Saturday from 11am until the service time at West Harpeth Funeral Home.
