Daniel Edward Clements age 82 of Gallatin, passed away December 7, 2015. Mr. Clements was born on March 4, 1933 in Nashville to the late S. Dee Clements and Elsie Alene Dillehay Clements. He was a graduate of Central High School, Class of 1951, member of First Baptist Church, Goodlettsville where he was a member of the Fishermen's Class, Past Master Beech Masonic Lodge #240 and was a charter member of Long Hollow Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Forrest Ann Wheat Clements; son, Bruce Morgan Clements (Susan); daughters, Deborah Elaine Clements Peay (Robert), Terry Leigh Clements Donnelly (Berry), Kimberly Ann Clements Frensley (David) and Dana Michelle Clements Meadows (Jeff); grandchildren, Amanda, Jennifer, Adam, Dustin, Seth, Sarah, James C., Rachel, Joseph, Alex, Clint, Haleigh and Wyatt; great-grandchildren, Dennis, Jacob, McKenzie, Liberty, Dallas, Nehemiah, Madelyn, Isaac, Elijah, Jaiden, Mason, Tanner and Abigail. A life celebration service will be conducted on Thursday, December 10th at 1:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville with Dr. Lyle Larson and Bro. Alan Sircy officiating. Interment will follow in Beech Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Fishermen's Class at First Baptist Goodlettsville. Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, December 9th from 3-8 P.M. and on Thursday from 11 A.M. until time of service.
