Crystal Nelms

NELMS, Crystal S. – Devoted wife, mother, friend- gone but will never be forgotten. Preceded in death by husband, J.C. Nelms, Sr., parents, J.E. and Thelma Burnette; daughter, Selene Railey, grandson, Thomas Railey. Survived by children, Juanita Stanley Goodman, Sharon Kenneth Hendrixson, Richard Doris Nelms, J.C. Jill Nelms, Jr., Crystal John Mallery; grandchildren, Georgia, Kerri, Tiffany, Brad, Darbie, Toby, Boyd, Jay, Mark, Joseph, Christopher and Joey; 26 great grandchildren. The funeral service will be on Saturday, August 10, 2013, at 11am, at West Meade Fellowship, 277 Old Hickory Blvd, Nashville, TN 37221, with Pastor Bob Pearce officiating. Interment will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be the West Meade Fellowship Crusaders Sunday School Class. The family would like to thank her loving caregivers Traci, Amanda, Cindy, Danielle, Teresa, Charlene, Kari, Kat, Kay, and Shawna. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Christian Care Center of Cheatham County Activities Department. Visitation will be on Friday from 1-8pm, at West Harpeth Funeral Home, and on Saturday from 10am until the service time at the church.
