(Doc) Frazier, daughter, Morgan Alexis Tate, brother, Chris Tate, and grandmother, Cleona Tate, Huntsville, AL. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville Monday from 2-8 pm, and where funeral services will be conducted Tuesday September 11, at 12:00 noon. Interment Robertson County Memorial Gardens.
