Clyde Carr

CARR, Clyde Higgins, September 22, 1937 �- March 2, 2009. Preceded in death by parents, Herman and Dorcas Carr, and brother, Ted Carr. Survived by wife, Joan McCoin Carr, daughters Pamela (Terry) Jones, Ginger (Dennis) Bobel, Michelle (Randall) Phillips; grandchildren, Brian (Jessica) Bobel, Erin (Justin) Wright, Laura Bobel, Taylor, Harrison and Griffin Phillips; great grandson Judd Kyle Wright; brother, Buist Carr, and sister Cheryl (Chuck) Schippers. Mr. Carr was retired from Ford Glass Plant in 1999 after 44 years of service. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in White House. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home Goodlettsville Wednesday from 4-8 pm, and Thursday from 2-8 pm. Chapel service will be held Friday March 6, at 11 am with Rev. David Eubank, officiating, and music by Ricky Ray. Pallbearers will be Thomas Conatser, David Kemp, Terry Kemp, Joshua Leath, Brian Bobel, and Justin Wright. Special thanks to Tonya Squires, Annetta Garrett, Ginger, Buist, Cheryl, Chuck, Beverly, and all family members and friends who have devoted their time, love and support during this period of illness.
