ELIZABETH HELM HINMAN age 84 of Gallatin, passed away Sunday April 4, 2010, She was preceded in death by her parents, Pearl and Clarence Scott, husbands , Eugene W. Helm and Rex Hinman, sister, Anna L.Anderton, son, Mark Helm and granddaughter, Sherrie Elizabeth Downing. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Armand Alexander and Claudia Darrell Dowdell, sisters, Jean Anderson and Frances Buggs Carter, brother, Alvin T. Carol Scott. 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends from 5 – 8 P.M. on Wednesday April 7 at Hendersonville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 A.M. on Thursday April 8 from the Chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home. Grandsons and friends will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the First Presbyterian Church of Hendersonville. Entombment will be in the Hendersonville Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
