Christy Michelle Wall, 41, passed away suddenly Friday, February 2, 2018. Born September 23, 1976 in Madison, TN, Christy was the daughter of J.J. (Conway) Reitano and Michael Wall. Christy had a magnetic personality. Her boisterous nature and bright smile would always light up the room when she arrived. She was very giving and supportive of others, often times being the force that brought opposing sides back together among her family and friends. She loved music and enjoyed turning up the volume to feel it's impact. In simpler moments she was a good fisherman, she enjoyed canoe trips and loved her cats. Christy also loved children and related very well to them. Above all she loved her family and friends. Christy is survived by her mother J.J. and step-father, Joe Reitano; her father, Michael Wall; her life partner, Elliot Hackney; two uncles; two aunts; two cousins; and her many friends. Visitation for Christy will be held Friday from 4 - 8 pm at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, 127 N. Main St., Goodlettsville. A Life Celebration Service will be held for her Saturday at 2 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Nashville Humane Society www.nashvillehumane.org
