Charles "Gene" Thompson, age 82 of Greenbrier, passed away on January 13, 2021. He was born in Nashville, TN on August 3, 1938. He is survived by his sons, Vance (Gidgett) Thompson, Troy (Sherea) Thompson, Todd (Rhonda) Thompson, and Forrest Trent (Cherry) Thompson; brother, Billy (Cathy) Thompson, sister Sandra Thompson, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family.
