Charles Selby

SELBY, Charles "Milton", age 70, died on April 29, 2008 after battling cancer for several years. Milton was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Selby. He is survived by his wife of almost 50 years, Nedra Morrow Selby; daughter, April Tori Cassidy; son, Steve Jill Selby; grandsons, Cole Cassidy, Ethan Cassidy and Stone Selby; granddaughter, Sailor Selby. He is also survived by his mother, Pearl Stone Selby; sisters, Helen McClure, Carolyn Golden; brother, James Pat Selby, all of Crossville, Tennessee. He is also survived by brother-in-law, Jerry Morrow. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at West Harpeth Funeral Home, 6962 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, Tennessee. Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. , May 2, 2008 at the Bellevue Church of Christ, 7401 Highway 70 South, Nashville, Tennessee with visitation one hour prior to service. Dr. Marlin Connelly and Brother Steve Blackman officiating. Burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens, 9090 Highway 100, Nashville, Tennessee. Friends will serve as Pallbearers. Donations may be made to the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Research Center, Alive Hospice and the Bellevue Church of Christ Catastrophic Medical Fund.
