LOVELL, Charles William II "Chuck", age 50 of Nashville. Went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 14, 2007. Mr. Lovell was a member of The First Church of the Nazarene where he was a member of the Celebration Choir, and also served as a shepherd with the college ministries. Mr. Lovell was a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University and earned his master from Tennessee State University. Mr. Lovell served as a counselor with the Center for Youth Issues "STARS" at Cheatham Academy. He is survived by his loving wife and son, Janice Carter Lovell, and Charles William Lovell III "Chase"; parents, Charles and Patsy Lovell of Hazel Green, AL; brothers, David Lovell (Staci), Hazel Green AL, and Greg (Kim) Lovell Gainsville, GA; sisters, Rebecca Lovell, Jane McGraw (Steve) Crossville, TN, and Kathleen Parker (Stan), Mount Pleasant, SC. He was an enduring and entertaining uncle loved by nephews and nieces, Scott, Ryan P., Daniel P., Ethan, Gabriel, Daniel C., Travis, Ryan W., Caleb, Gavin, Elijah, Jacob, Stacey, Averi, Allison, Hannah, Hailey and Courtney. The family will receive friends Friday February 16, at the Woodland Street Foyer of First Church of The Nazarene from 2 until 8 p.m., and on Saturday February 17 from 12 until 2 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday February 17, at 2 p.m. from the Sanctuary from the First Church of the Nazarene, 510 Woodland St., Nashville, with The Rev. Dr. Gary Allen Henecke, Rev. Brent Lawrence, and Rev. Steve Hoskins, officiating. Active pallbearers: Scott Parker, Daniel Perry, Gary Carter, Don Carter, Jack Bimber, Bob Pate, Eddie Goode and Dr. Habib Doss. Honorary pallbearers: Trevecca Circle K Alumni. Interment Spring Hill Cemetery. For those desiring, donations in Chuck's memory may be made to the new Performing Art Center in care of Trevecca Nazarene University.
