Carrie Salena Crawford, 98, of Nashville, passed away Saturday February 22, 2020. Born in Goodlettsville, September 5, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Jessie C. Bloodworth and Lucy K. (Whitby) Bloodworth. Salena was also preceded in death by her husband, Archie; son, Ronald; brothers, Dicky, Grady, Leonard, J.C. and Tom; and sisters, Sue Walker and Mary Elizabeth Lackey. She was a member of Life Story Church. Having once worked for a printing company and also Dupont, she more recently had amassed 21,000 volunteer hours at St. Thomas Hospital. She is survived by a granddaughter, Ashley Turner; two great-grandsons, Jake and Nick Turner; a great-niece, Jessica Barrett; two great-great-nieces Macie Dorris and Kennlee Doris; and her adopted family, Leith (Stephanie) Loftin and their daughter Selah. Visitation will be held Thursday, Feb. 27th at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville, TN from 10- 11 AM with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 11 AM. Burial will be at Hillcrest Municipal Cemetery, White House.
