Birdwell, Carolyn Campbell, 60, December 4, 2007. Preceded in death by her husband, Howard Birdwell. Survived by brother, Harvell "Bubba" Bonny Campbell Jr.; nieces, Betsy Campbell and Brooke Feris. The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, December 7, 2007 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Mowrey and Bro. Bob Orgeron officiating. Cousins will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Donations may be made to the Park Avenue Baptist Church Music Program, 4301 Charlotte Ave, Nashville, TN 37209. Visitation will be Thursday 2-8 p.m. at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME 6962 Charlotte Pike
