Carol Moth

MOTH, Carol Anne- Age 68 of Fairview, passed peacefully on March 2, 2010. Mrs. Moth was a teacher of 25+ years. She taught Art at Our Lady of Mercy Academy in Syosset, NY, and Fairview High School in Fairview, TN. She was a very active member in the Puppetry Guild of Long Island in New York and the Council for The Written Word in Williamson County, TN. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Kelly Hayes. Survived by her loving husband of 15 years, William Edwin Moth; daughters, Carol Reed Chris and Patricia Russo Robert; son, James Hayes Karen; 11 grandchildren; sisters, Anne Berberich, Ellen Chambers, Patricia Stowbridge, and Marianne Chambers; brothers, Edmund and John Chambers; 22 nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church with burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
