CARL PATRICK Pat LUSH, age 50 of Ashland City, Tn., Thursday March 25, 2010. Survived by his wife, Carolyn Lush; son, Curtis Brandy Lush; grandchildren, Curtis Lush II and Amariah Lush; brothers, Jimmy Sandra Lush and Craig Judy Lush, Sr. Several nieces and nephews as well as his loyal and loving pets also survive. The family will receive friends from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 P.M. on Friday March 26 at Hendersonville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 A.M. on Saturday March 27 from the Chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home with Pastor Jamie Allen officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Interment will be in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Alive Hospice or to any animal rescue shelter.
