MOORE, Rev. Billy Roy- age 82, Nashville, December 26, 2011. Preceded in death by son, Charles Merlin Moore; father, Barney Moore; mother, Alva Moore; brother, Milton Strickland. Survived by wife, Virginia "Pixie" Moore; grandchildren, Charles Merlin Moore II, Nicholas Moore, Crystal Moore; sister, Margaret Hardcastle; brother, Carl Moore; mother-in-law, Frances Berkihiser; sister-in-law, Barbara "Bevy" Walker; several nieces and nephews. The life celebration service will be at 11am, Thursday, December 29, 2011 at Oasis Church, 7533 Lords Chapel Dr. Nashville, TN 37211. Interment to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Oak Hill Assembly of God, Attn: Pixie Moore. Ministers and Pastors of North and South Assembly Section will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
