Billie Ruth Proctor, age 82 of Cottontown, passed away on October 3, 2017. Born on March 8, 1935 in Scottsville, KY to the late Fred Harris and Sallie Cherry Harris. She is survived by her family Timothy (Trudy) Huntsman, Karen Treff, Brenn Huntsman, Edon Treff, Jonathan Fisher, Rachel Huntsman, Collin Huntsman, Logan Huntsman, Amelia Treff, Teliah Ivana Dawson, Audrey Huntsman and Trenton Huntsman. Celebration of life will be on Saturday October 14, 2017 at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, White House. Visitation will be from 11 am until service time. Interment will follow at White House Memorial Gardens.
