Beverly Lane

Ms. Beverly Lane, age 59, of Goodlettsville, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2023 in Nashville, TN. She was born on May 11, 1963 in Nashville to the late Jerry and Glenda Spurlock.

To know Beverly, was to love her. She was known for her giving spirit. She loved her family and friends and always put their needs before her own. She was a 1981 graduate of Goodlettsville High School and a long time member of Goodlettsville Church of Christ. During her professional career, she worked in the insurance business, was a stay at home mom/home school mom, and later retired working in the family business as the office manager. Her favorite title was “Mom”. Her hobbies included reading and watching football.

Beverly is survived by her daughters, Samantha (Caleb) Ford and Meagan Lane; sister, Karen (David) Wrye; nephews, Devin (Natalie) Wrye and Drennan Wrye; great niece, Hadley Wrye; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 8th from 4-8pm, at Cole and Garrett Funeral Home in Goodlettsville. The family will hold a private graveside service.

Serving as pall bearers will be Caleb Ford, Devin Wrye, Drennan Wrye, David Wrye, Blake Edwards, and Braden Edwards.
