Betty Hyde

Betty Louise Hyde, age 70 of Indianapolis, IN and formally from Goodlettsville, Tennessee passed away on August 8, 2015 in Indianapolis.

Mrs. Hyde was born on August 29, 1944 to the late Luther and Catherine Riddle in Jackson Co. Alabama. She would make a lovely home to her husband, Burt Hyde Sr. and her four children. Raising children and grandchildren was her passion in life, however she also enjoyed making hand stitched quilts for her loved one.

Mrs. Hyde is preceded in death by her loving husband, Burt Hyde Sr.; sister, Etter Peek and brother Charles Riddle.

She is survived by her sons, Burt Hyde Jr., Melvin (Regina) Brooks, John Riddle and daughter, Beth (Frank) Roberts ; siblings, Johny (Shana) Riddle, Melvin (Janey) Riddle, Linda Sveen, and Willie Riddle; 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were held on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, Tennessee.
