Betty Carney

CARNEY, Betty Evone, age 77, passed away October 26, 2011. Betty was the owner of the Merle Norman store in Rivergate for many years. She was wonderful sister, aunt, and friend. She is preceded in death by parents, Glayden and Elizabeth Carney; brothers, Bill Carney, John Carney, Robert Carney, and Earl Carney; close friend, James Williams. She is survived by sister, Ollie Mae Cameron; best friends, Bobbie Ann & Wayne Wilson; nieces, Sissy Carney-Groce Johnny and Saundra Carney; nephews, Skip Karen Carney, Don Carney, Rick Lori Carney, Johnny Carney, and Jeff Debbie Carney; best friends, Bobbie Ann & Wayne Wilson; caretaker and friend, Esma Perdue. A celebration of her life will be held in Gallatin, TN at a later date.
