McCASLAND, Bessie Bowers Age 92 of Goodlettsville, on Thursday, August 16, 2007. Preceded in death by her husband, J. R. Bob McCasland and grandson, Dennis Talley. Survived by her children, Barbara Talley, Carol Edwards, Robert McCasland, Jr., Cindy McCasland; 9 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, from 4 - 8 p.m. Friday. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, at Union Hill Baptist Church, with visitation from 1 p.m. until service time at the church. Rev. Mike Mayo and Rev. Joe Vickers will officiate. Honorary Pallbearers are Jim Omer, Harry Hudson, T.E.L. Sunday School Class and Deacons of Union Hill Baptist Church. Nephews will serve as Active Pallbearers.
