B. Hooper

HOOPER, B. T., age 84, died December 22, 2005. Worked and retired from the railroad as a switchman and was a member of West Nashville Heights Church of Christ. Following his retirement, he dedicated his life to serving the sick and shut-ins, visiting nursing homes and hospitals daily. He is preceded in death by two wives, Jessie Elizabeth Hooper and Willie Belle Hooper. He is survived by son, Ronald Hooper Gail, daughter, Patsy O'Neal Joe, step-daughter, Patricia Ann Hester, R. B., step-son, Jay Binkley Sammie Hayes, grandchildren, Ronnie Hooper, Elizabeth Thompson Danny, Shane and Thomas O'Neal, step-grandchildren, Darren Perry, Brandy Thibodeaux and Tony Bess. Funeral services will be 2 pm Friday, December 23, 2005 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Bro. Clifford Dobbs Officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Lovell, Larry Cochran, Clyde Hines, Don Wood, Alvin Lankford, and Pete Cope. Honorary pallbearers are Deacons and Elders of the West Nashville Heights Church of Christ, Wayne Lovell, Ray Lovell and Paul Morris.
